Dedication. Preparedness. Competitiveness. These were the standards that defined my early career in professional football. Every day demanded raw talent, relentless preparation, and a commitment to excellence. When my career ended unexpectedly, I knew these same principles would guide whatever came next.

After stepping away from the football pitch, I pivoted into recruitment. I spent the next decade at a high-growth recruitment firm, leading teams that helped businesses scale across the UK and Europe.

Through it all, I kept returning to the same realisation: success, whether on the pitch or in business, comes down to people. The right team, with the right mindset, has the power to unlock extraordinary results. But finding that talent takes more than speed or process; it takes care, quality, and an obsession with getting the details right.

That’s why, in 2023, I founded inicio talent.

I've built a boutique recruitment firm inspired by the standards I lived by as an athlete. We bring discipline and a high-performance mindset to every engagement, working in partnership with private equity firms and high-growth businesses to provide exceptional people. Whether scaling teams, navigating transformation, or future-proofing businesses, our mission is simple: to help companies build high-performing teams that drive real-world impact.
